Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and top-up credit purchases made through LotClips ("the Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service.

Free Tier

The Free plan includes a limited number of renders per month at no cost. Because there is no charge, there is nothing to refund.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a refund of your first paid charge — whether a subscription or a top-up — under both of the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the charge, AND
  • Zero videos have been rendered against your account at the time of the request.

If both conditions are met, we will refund the original charge to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

After the 7-Day Window or After Your First Render

After 7 days, or once any video has been rendered against your account, we no longer offer refunds for past charges. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

Top-Up Credits

Top-up credit packs are one-time purchases and follow the same 7-day / zero-render rule as subscriptions. Once any credit from a pack has been consumed (a render starts), the entire pack becomes non-refundable.

Failed Renders

If a render fails because of an error on our side (for example, a Lambda execution error not caused by your input), the credit is automatically restored to your account. This is not a refund — the credit was never charged.

How to Request a Refund

Email lotclipssupport@gmail.com from your account email and include:

  • The date of the charge you are asking us to refund;
  • A brief reason (helpful, but not required for the 7-day guarantee).

We respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Disputes filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension under our Terms of Service.
